We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and booking forms: your name, phone number, email address, project ZIP code, optional project photos, preferred appointment details, and project description. We also record the source page and campaign labels included with your request. If you use the optional AI room preview on our design page, we process the room photo you choose and the room type and style you select, as described below. We may also collect device and browser data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through standard server logs hosted by Netlify.
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule consultations, provide estimates, communicate about your project, and improve our services. We do not use your information for any purpose other than delivering our renovation services to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (Netlify for hosting, form storage and uploaded photos; Resend for inquiry notifications and confirmations; Make for business workflow routing when configured; fal.ai to create optional AI room previews; and Anthropic to answer optional chat questions) solely to fulfill our services to you.
By checking the SMS opt-in box on our estimate or booking forms, you consent to receive appointment confirmations and project updates via text message from World Luxury Renovations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing our services.
As of May 2026, this website does not use cookies or third-party analytics trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
The free AI room preview on our design page is optional. When you choose a photo, your browser resizes it and sends it, with the room type and style you select, through our website's server functions (hosted by Netlify) to fal.ai, a third-party image-generation service, which creates the preview. The generated image is delivered from fal.ai's servers to your browser. WLR does not add preview photos to your estimate request or save them in our form storage. fal.ai handles uploaded and generated images under its own terms and privacy policy; we have not set or confirmed a specific retention period with fal.ai. Please avoid photos that show people, documents or other personal information. If you would like WLR to see a photo of your space, include it with your estimate request instead.
Our website includes an optional AI chat assistant for general questions about our services and how to request an estimate. Messages you send are passed through our website's server functions to Anthropic, a third-party AI service, to generate a reply. WLR does not save chat messages in our form storage or add them to your estimate request, and the assistant cannot see your form submissions. Anthropic processes messages under its own terms and data-retention policies; we have not configured or confirmed a specific retention period. Please do not include sensitive personal information in chat messages. Chat replies are general information, not estimates or appointment confirmations.
We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption and secure hosting infrastructure (Netlify). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services and respond to your inquiries. Form submissions are stored on Netlify's secure servers. You may request deletion at any time.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing worldluxuryrenovations@gmail.com or calling (718) 790-1414. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
In accordance with the New York SHIELD Act, we implement reasonable safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity of private information including your name, email, and phone number.
